Hi there! I’m Kimberly! As a Travel & Lifestyle Coach and Creator of digital products, I teach my community how to ditch their 9-5’s so that they can explore their wanderlust desires. Since going off of the conventional life path, I have explored over 50 countries and now share my travel hacks that I have learned along the way. My focus is to equip others with practical planning, overcoming limiting beliefs, traveling the world on a budget, and making money to continue their journey around the world.
If you would like to learn more about how you can travel the world, check out my signature program, Travel the World Academy™, that will teach you everything you need to know to travel the world full-time and long-term.
My story is a little unique and I’m so excited to share more about me with you.
But before I share my story of how I got to where I am today, here’s a little about me: I’m from California and I am borderline obsessed with dogs. I overly use exclamation points, but it matches my personality perfectly – bubbly and happy! I love hanging out with my friends and family, hiking, ocean life, animals, and traveling the world.
Okay, now let’s start in the very beginning.
I was on the path that I thought should be on. I worked hard throughout my life, checked every milestone that society and parental pressures put on me. Went to college, got a job, worked my way up in my career, got a beautiful apartment on the lake, and was set out for the following milestones: get married, buy a house, and have kids. Something was missing though. I’ve always had a feeling deep down inside me, telling me to quit my job and travel the world. I resisted. I resisted hard for many years because society and parental pressures told me it was a bad idea.
I found myself in a tough place. I was depressed at work and had a horrible work life balance. I was consumed in my job, which was a very toxic work environment. I was also extremely stressed. I finally realized I was staying in a career solely based on their benefits, salary, and retirement plan (which btw I wasn’t anywhere near retiring- I still had 40+ more years to go).

I finally came to the conclusion that I didn’t want to keep living my life for the future and save my dream of traveling the world for retirement. Seems morbid, but I kept thinking “if I were on my deathbed, would I be happy with my decisions? Would I regret not traveling the world? Would I be proud of staying in a career that was toxic, stressful, and made me depressed?”
Well, I’m sure you know what my answer was. Which now leads me to… I quit! But I didn’t leave to travel just yet. I left for a new department. I got a promotional opportunity that I couldn’t resist. But the thing is… I found myself not happy again. I realized I wasn’t passionate in the career I chose. It was hard for me to accept that after many years of working my way up, advancing in my career, that it actually wasn’t a job I wanted.
I kept thinking “life is too short to not be doing what I love” so… I finally decided to take the leap of faith and quit my job to follow my dreams of traveling the world. It was a decision that’s changed my life and a decision I’ve never looked back on.
I’ve swapped eating meals in my office to trying local cuisine at food markets. I’ve swapped waking up every morning to go into to work to waking up every morning not knowing what I’m doing for the day. Beach? Hike? Scuba dive? Sightsee? Whatever I wanted to do – the world was my oyster.
I’m here to tell you that I’m not a trust fund baby. I didn’t hit the jackpot. I didn’t win the lottery. And no one is funding my travels but me. I’m not this special unicorn that miraculously gets to travel. I’m just like you – someone who has a deep passion for traveling the world, always counting how much vacation I have left, planning the next vacation after getting back from a vacation, and always dreaming about exploring a new country. I’m just like you. And I’m here to tell you – you can have this life too.
If this sounds like you and you’re wanting to travel the world, then I’m here to help you achieve that dream. I offer 1:1 coaching for anyone who wants to travel the world. Either way, I’m hoping you can overcome your fears and let go of anything that’s holding you back. Ignore every single person telling you why you shouldn’t go on that trip.
